Sometimes children know something is happening inside them but don't quite know how to explain it. Help Me Say It gives children a gentle, creative space to explore what they're thinking, feeling and needing — in their own way.
Children don't always communicate through conversation. Sometimes they write. Sometimes they draw. Sometimes they need choices, prompts or simply a little more time.
Inside, children can explore:

• What might be bothering them
• Things they find difficult to say out loud
• What they need from the people around them
• Different ways to express thoughts and feelings
• How to ask for help, space, comfort or understanding
