Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with NeoGlow. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
About NeoGlow
NeoGlow is an online stationery store based in South Africa, offering premium stationery, guided books, planners and related products. Our store is intended primarily for customers in South Africa.
Who May Purchase
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under South African law. Where a purchase is intended for use by a child, the parent or guardian is the intended purchaser and is responsible for the transaction.
Order Acceptance & Payment
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance by NeoGlow until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to decline an order after it has been placed, in which case no payment will be taken or any payment received will be refunded. If NeoGlow is unable to fulfil an order that has already been accepted and paid for, we will contact you and process an appropriate refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@neoglow.co.za as soon as possible. Once production, personalisation or fulfilment of an order has begun, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or other rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
Orders & Pricing (revised sentence only)
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Any taxes or other charges that are legally applicable to your purchase will be disclosed as required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order where a price has been published incorrectly. You will be notified if this affects your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time without prior notice.
Product Descriptions & Colours
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the physical product, due to differences in screen settings and manufacturing or printing processes. Reasonable minor variations of this nature may occur and are not uncommon in print and stationery products. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where a product is defective or materially different from what was advertised.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All purchases are also subject to NeoGlow's Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of the terms applicable to your purchase where relevant. Please read those policies before placing your order.
B2B, School & Bulk Orders
School, institutional, wholesale and other bulk or B2B orders may be subject to separate quotations, payment terms, production timelines and written agreements, which will differ from our standard online retail terms. Please contact us at hello@neoglow.co.za to discuss your requirements.
Product Use & No Outcome Guarantees
NeoGlow products are designed to support creativity, organisation, learning and expression. We do not make medical, psychological, therapeutic or educational outcome guarantees about any of our products. Results will vary between individuals.
Intellectual Property
All content on the NeoGlow website — including text, images, product designs, branding, artwork and graphics — is owned by NeoGlow or used with authorisation. You may not commercially reproduce, copy, distribute or use NeoGlow-owned or licensed material without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, NeoGlow will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably attributable to a breach by NeoGlow. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or waives any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable legislation, including rights relating to defective or unsafe products.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive or restrict any rights that consumers have under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
